• "Content" refers to all match information, statistical data, expert analysis, and other related news published on this platform.
• "Platform" refers to the official China website of 杏彩体育 (XCSPORT).

2. Service Match Agreements

All services are governed by specific service agreements, detailing:

• Scope of Events & Key Information
• News Updates & Release
• Subscription & Payment Terms
• Information Correction Policy
• Content Usage Permissions

For specific sports events or features, the individual service agreement takes precedence over this general User Agreement.

3. Fan Responsibilities

Users of this platform commit to:

• Providing accurate match information requirements for analysis
• Supplying all necessary reference data for statistical review
• Responding promptly to platform feedback regarding data accuracy
• Paying agreed-upon fees for premium platform access

4. Subscription & Payment

All service fees are quoted in RMB, unless explicitly stated otherwise for international events.

• Certain advanced data services may require upfront payment for access
• Premium content becomes accessible immediately after payment processing
• Delayed payments may result in additional charges or service suspension

5. Content Updates & Revisions

Our standard service package includes:

• Initial Scoreboard Data
• Three Rounds of Live Updates

Modifications beyond the standard scope will incur additional charges based on an hourly rate for custom data requests.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon successful payment, users gain access to:

• Reasonable use rights for legitimately acquired match data and insights

• All statistical data and proprietary analyses on the platform are owned by 杏彩体育.

7. Termination of Access

Regulations for Service Termination:

• Users may terminate their service access in accordance with this agreement's terms.
• Fees for specific premium services, once paid, are non-refundable.
• The user is responsible for all activities and associated costs under their account.

8. Limitations of Liability

杏彩体育 (XCSPORT) is not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental losses stemming from sports data inaccuracies
• Losses incurred due to temporary service interruptions during peak matches
• Issues arising from the user providing incorrect or misleading information

The maximum liability of this platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

9. Platform Usage Guidelines

When using this platform, you agree not to engage in the following actions:

• Unauthorized replication of exclusive platform content or analyses
• Attempting to bypass platform security measures for data access
• Utilizing the platform for any illegal betting or unauthorized activities
• Disrupting the normal operation or data flow of the platform

10. Governing Law

The interpretation, execution, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11. Terms Amendments

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
